      To take care of myself physically, I focus on staying active and maintaining a balanced diet. I try to get regular exercise, whether it’s walking, yoga, or just moving around throughout the day to keep my body healthy. Sleep is also a priority for me—I aim for a consistent sleep schedule to help recharge both physically and mentally.

      Emotionally, I make sure to take breaks when I need them and spend time with loved ones, as they’re a huge source of support. I also practice mindfulness and meditation to stay grounded and manage stress. Taking care of myself means finding balance and knowing when to slow down.
